How to complete the SIC
Yellow cells only. Date, snapshot time and your name. Silo #1 and #2 levels (%) and trucks at the gate awaiting unload.
Forecast consumption: for each binder strength, the cumulative paste volume you expect to pour by +6 h, +12 h and +24 h. Cumulative means +24 h includes +12 h and +6 h.
Inbound deliveries: copy Eagle Cement's latest forecast (issued 01:30, 07:30, 13:30 and 19:30) of Paste Plant trucks arriving by +6 h, +12 h and +24 h (cumulative). Send the picture to Eagle Cement straight after completing the SIC. Exclude Batch Plant trucks and trucks already at the gate.
Rolling truck request: the Paste Plant trucks already ordered for tomorrow. Trucks still to arrive today are taken from the ECC forecast.
Supply status: ON TRACK (green), WATCH — tighten the schedule because stock falls below target (amber), ACTION — expedite deliveries because stock falls below the minimum (red), SURPLUS — more trucks at the gate than the agreed maximum, so pause new deliveries; trucks already en route continue (blue).
Tomorrow's request = ROUNDUP( ( binder use per day + ( target − projected stock at 05:00 ) ÷ days to recover ) ÷ truck payload ), capped at the maximum trucks unloadable per day and at what the silos can physically receive.
Unload target: the lowest of (a) silo space now plus binder consumed in the window, (b) unload capacity, and (c) trucks at the gate plus ECC inbound. "Limited by" shows which one applies.
Binder required (t) = paste volume × paste SG × % solids × % binder. Projected stock counts every truck at the gate, because they will tip as the silos draw down.
Entries save automatically, as on the weekly page, on this computer and, when the shared folder is linked, in the shared folder too, so a different computer opens the latest SIC. Use Picture for Viber to send the SIC to Eagle Cement, and New snapshot at each 6-hour slot.
SIC settings (fixed values)
Binder % basis: total dry solids (binder ÷ (tailings + binder)), confirmed 27 Sep 2026. Paste solids 69.5 % is the recipe minimum: enter the current setpoint if the plant is running higher. Consumption rates: 5 t/h at 3 %, 10 t/h at 6 %, 20 t/h at 12 % (B. Lenz, 27 Sep 2026), with 4 % set pro-rata at 6.7 t/h. They cap the binder the forecast can draw in each window. Unloading stops at the maximum fill: a truck counts only if it fits in one silo without taking it past the maximum. With both silos open, 2 trucks per cycle; with one open, 1 per cycle. After spare space is used, the rate follows the binder strength.

Settings and assumptions
Binder tonnes = volume (m³) × paste SG × paste density (solids %) × binder %. This is the formula in your Binder Calculator sheet.
Surplus at end of current week = binder on site + current week trucks ordered − current week requirement.
Max silo fill (85 %) and the target inventory (850 t) are the same assumptions the Binder SIC uses, so both pages agree. Unloading stops at the maximum fill; trucks past that wait at the gate.
Max silo fill (85 %) and the target inventory (850 t) are the same assumptions the Binder SIC uses, so both pages agree. Unloading stops at the maximum fill; trucks past that wait at the gate.
Binder to order = forecast requirement + target inventory − surplus. A negative result means no order is needed.
The 50 % opening-stock check uses total binder on site (silos + trucks at gate) against combined silo capacity.
The day-by-day chart assumes each truck arrives and unloads on its scheduled date.
Colours in the plan table: blue boxes pick the stope, light grey boxes pick the mixture design, yellow boxes are numbers you type, and green boxes are calculated.
Export week to Excel works only when the plan is Final, so only a confirmed plan leaves the app. The picture for Viber can still be made as a Draft, and it says Draft on it.
Editing stays locked until the synced folder is linked, so the app can check who else is editing. After linking, the app checks for about 30 seconds before it decides who is the editor.
Shared editing: when the folder is linked, only one person edits at a time. Several windows of the same person count as one person: the newest window edits, and the others offer Edit here instead. The person who has been in the longest keeps editing and everyone else sees a read-only copy that updates itself. The editor uses Release editing to hand over. The person who has been waiting longest becomes the editor, and the one who released joins the back of the queue, so editing comes back to them in turn. If the editor has had no activity for about 10 minutes and someone else is at the app, editing passes to that person automatically.
Undo and redo cover every change on this page, including fills, rolling to the next week and starting a blank week. Ctrl+Z undoes, Ctrl+Y or Ctrl+Shift+Z redoes (Cmd instead of Ctrl on a Mac). Typing in one box counts as one step.
Batch Plant trucks are listed separately and are not part of the Paste Plant order, as in the existing sheet. The weekly Batch Plant target (5 trucks, 175 t) is a standing level from your history, not calculated from the plan.
Eagle Cement can supply 14 trucks a day. By default that limit counts Paste Plant and Batch Plant trucks together. Filling trucks never goes over it.
Buffer trucks are added on top of the required trucks when you press Fill. Your history shows a median overshoot of about 2 trucks.

How compliance is calculated, and settings
Target compliance (%)Partly met from (%)Tonnes per truck
Daily compliance = trucks delivered ÷ trucks requested for that day. Met means at or above the target, partly met means at or above the second threshold, and below that is missed. Zero delivered against a request is shown as no delivery.
Monthly compliance = total delivered ÷ total requested over the days that count. This is the same comparison as the Summary sheet in the database workbook, so over-delivery on one day can make up for a shortfall on another.
Met on the day = trucks delivered up to the amount requested, summed over the month ÷ total requested. Extra trucks on one day get no credit against another day, so it shows how often requests were met when needed.
A day counts only when both the request and the delivery are recorded. A blank is treated as not recorded, not as zero. A typed 0 is a real zero.
The Difference column here is delivered minus requested, so a shortfall is negative. The Difference row in the Excel database is requested minus delivered, the other way round.
Tonnes are estimated at the tonnes-per-truck setting, because the database counts trucks and every truck is taken as 35 t.
Undo and redo cover edits to the daily data, imports, resets and settings on this page. Ctrl+Z undoes, Ctrl+Y or Ctrl+Shift+Z redoes (Cmd instead of Ctrl on a Mac).
The Dispatched row in the December block of the workbook is not used.
